Please Join us for our Annual Timber Ridge Community Meeting on October 3, 2026, at 10 am.
Please note that the meeting location has changed:
Location: Epiphany United Methodist Church
Address: 6635 Loveland-Miamiville Rd., Loveland, OH 45140 (located on the corner of Paxton and Loveland-Miamiville Rd.)
All Homeowners are strongly encouraged to attend. Elections will be held to fill two open seats on the HOA Board. Your attendance and vote will help determine who represents our community.

Please note: Regular parking should enter the first parking lot located at the first Church entrance on the right on Paxton. Handicapped parking should enter the second entrance on the right located off of Paxton.
Help Make a Difference in Our Community
As of October 3, 2026, two seats of the Homeowners Association Board will become available. This is a wonderful opportunity to get involved, share your ideas, and help shape the future of our neighborhood.
Homeowners interested in serving on the Board are asked to submit a brief biography to the current Board by September 25,2026. Candidate biographies will be posted on the HOA website so neighbors can learn more about each person before voting.
The election will take place during our Annual Meeting on Saturday, October 3, 2026. These are volunteer Board positions, with each member serving a two-year term. We encourage any homeowner interested in learning more, to reach out to a current Board member for more information. We would love to see more members of our community get involved.

2026 Annual Assessments
The HOA Board of Directors will be mailing invoices for the yearly assessment in late January. The invoices will be dated Feb 1, 2026 and have a due date of April 1, 2026. Documentation supporting the operating budget and reserve study will be included to help every Member understand how the 2026 assessment was calculated. The invoice will include a remittance slip to submit with your payment. Cash, personal check or money orders are accepted. An online payment option is not available at this time.
LAWN MAINTENANCE
Please be aware Goshen Township, Clermont County does have a Property Maintenance Code. According to Section 302.4 “Weeds. All premises and exterior property not used for agriculture shall be maintained free from weeds and plant growth in excess of eight (8) inches in height. All noxious weeds shall be prohibited. Weeds shall be defined as all grasses, annual plants and vegetation, other than trees or shrubs provided, however, this term shall not include cultivated flowers and gardens. Upon failure of the owner of agent having charge of a property to cut and destroy weeds after service of a notice of violation, they shall be subject to prosecution in accordance with Section 106.3 and as prescribed by the authority having jurisdiction. Upon failure to comply with the notice of violation, any duly authorized employee of Goshen Township or contractor hired by Goshen Township shall be authorized to enter upon the property in violation and cut and destroy the weeds growing thereon, and the costs of such removal shall be paid by the owner or agent responsible for the property.”
The “Association” would like to remind all Lot Owners their grass may not exceed 8 inches in height. Please provide timely mowing of your lawn. Also, public sidewalks and roads need to be clear of grass clippings to prevent the hazard of slipping by pedestrians, bicycles, and motorcycles.
ACTION ITEM
The Board would like the opportunity to survey all Lot Owners for feedback on passing amendments to the “Declaration”. Please email the secretary at secretary4trhoa@gmail.com so she can capture your email address and will know where to send your future surveys. By providing your email address, you agree to receive future surveys and emailed communications regarding new amendments for the “Declaration”.

LEASING CAP AMENDMENT
The amendment to cap the number of rental homes in the Timber Ridge Community passed with a vote greater than the 2/3 required. The amendment has been submitted and recorded with Clermont county.
