The Board would like the opportunity to survey all Lot Owners for feedback on passing amendments to the “Declaration”. Please email the secretary at secretary4trhoa@gmail.com so she can capture your email address and will know where to send your future surveys. By providing your email address, you agree to receive future surveys and emailed communications regarding new amendments for the “Declaration”.
Please be aware Goshen Township, Clermont County does have a Property Maintenance Code. According to Section 302.4 “Weeds. All premises and exterior property not used for agriculture shall be maintained free from weeds and plant growth in excess of eight (8) inches in height. All noxious weeds shall be prohibited. Weeds shall be defined as all grasses, annual plants and vegetation, other than trees or shrubs provided, however, this term shall not include cultivated flowers and gardens. Upon failure of the owner of agent having charge of a property to cut and destroy weeds after service of a notice of violation, they shall be subject to prosecution in accordance with Section 106.3 and as prescribed by the authority having jurisdiction. Upon failure to comply with the notice of violation, any duly authorized employee of Goshen Township or contractor hired by Goshen Township shall be authorized to enter upon the property in violation and cut and destroy the weeds growing thereon, and the costs of such removal shall be paid by the owner or agent responsible for the property.”
The “Association” would like to remind all Lot Owners their grass may not exceed 8 inches in height. Please provide timely mowing of your lawn. Also, public sidewalks and roads need to be clear of grass clippings to prevent the hazard of slipping by pedestrians, bicycles, and motorcycles.

The current HOA dues for 2025 of $100.00 were due January 1st. We do appreciate anyone currently delinquent to pay those dues including a $50 late fee (for being 30+ days past due). Make checks out to Timber Ridge of Clermont County HOA and mail to PO Box 524 Goshen, OH 45122
