Hello Neighbors,
We have two interested parties running for Board seats at the annual meeting. Per our Code of Regulations ("Bylaws") Article 4.4 states "Election to the Board shall be by written ballot."
Susan Hunt:
I was born and raised in Cocoa Beach, Florida with my 5 siblings. I graduated college at the University of South Florida and immediately began working at Kennedy Space Center as a mechanical systems engineer on the Space Shuttle, where I remained for 33 years.
I moved to Timber Ridge at the end of 2020 because my younger daughter was pregnant and would need help with childcare due to her work schedule. I now have 2 wonderful grandchildren and both my daughters live here in Loveland.
My faith in God and my family are the most important things in my life. I consider myself a kind and reasonable person and I try to treat others with respect. I love my Timber Ridge neighborhood and have made many strong friendships here. I would love the opportunity to serve on our HOA board. My hobbies include quilting, gardening and spending time with dogs.
Elizabeth Johnson:
Elizabeth is currently the Fitness Manager for the City of Springdale where she oversees health and wellness programming, classes, and special events for the city. She possesses 17 years working across the university, corporate, and nonprofit sector with a profound commitment to community engagement. Elizabeth believes in servant leadership and if elected to the board would continue to engage, listen, and help our neighborhood.
Qualifications:
BS from Indiana University in Biology
BS from University of Southern Indiana in Exercise Science
Managed staff sizes of 10-100 direct reports
Experience planning, budgeting, scheduling, and collaborating with community, city departments, or outside organizations for large scale events, remodels, and opening of new locations.
The HOA Board WILL NOT be accepting 2026 assessments at the annual meeting. Please hold onto your money. Paper invoices will be mailed to Members at a later date.
Please be aware Goshen Township, Clermont County does have a Property Maintenance Code. According to Section 302.4 “Weeds. All premises and exterior property not used for agriculture shall be maintained free from weeds and plant growth in excess of eight (8) inches in height. All noxious weeds shall be prohibited. Upon failure of the owner of agent having charge of a property to cut and destroy weeds after service of a notice of violation, they shall be subject to prosecution in accordance with Section 106.3 and as prescribed by the authority having jurisdiction.
